Job Description

Director of Treasury Boulder , CO Direct Hire Accounting $190K to $220K 04/16/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Treasury to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $190,000 to $220,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute treasury strategy aligned with business goals while advising executive leadership on liquidity capital and risk matters. Oversee cash management forecasting and working capital planning to ensure sufficient liquidity and efficient cash use. Manage banking and lending relationships and evaluate financing and capital allocation options to support growth. Design and implement foreign exchange and interest rate risk strategies and partner with accounting on compliance requirements. Lead treasury operations and insurance programs by strengthening controls improving systems and mentoring the treasury team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in finance accounting economics or a related field. 10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience with exposure to capital markets and liquidity management. Demonstrate deep knowledge of risk management including hedging strategies derivatives and related accounting treatment. Possess experience managing banking relationships credit risk and corporate insurance programs. Communicate effectively with leadership while applying strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Qualifications:
Evaluate and address liquidity credit and market risks while protecting assets and supporting commercial objectives. Optimize treasury processes systems and controls with a continuous improvement mindset. Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting compliance and scalable treasury operations. Lead teams with clear direction mentoring and accountability in a complex environment. Bring advanced credentials or experience in multinational settings or treasury systems considered beneficial.
