Controller Salary:

$170-190K Controller -Why This Opportunity Stands Out We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a healthcare organization in the Fort Collins area and provide strong leadership across the accounting function.

Hybrid flexibility:

This role requires in-office presence approximately 1 to 2 days per week or every other week. The Controller will have meaningful influence over how the accounting function operates and will be instrumental in developing a high-performing, accountable team. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement, bringing order to evolving processes, and leading through change. Controller - Key Responsibilities Lead the accounting function, including day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and close activities. Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and direction to the accounting team while establishing clear processes and accountability. Evaluate existing accounting workflows and implement process improvements, controls, and efficiencies. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting compliance and organizational requirements. Partner with leadership on financial initiatives, special projects, and opportunities to strengthen the accounting infrastructure. Controller - Qualifications Progressive accounting leadership experience with a strong background overseeing accounting operations and teams. Healthcare industry experience is strongly desired; nonprofit experience is also highly valued.
