Full-Time, On-Site Salary:

$150,000-$180,000 per year Reports to: Chief Executive Officer About the Opportunity Angel Armor is a growing manufacturer based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and we're looking for a Vice President of Finance to become our senior finance leader and a true strategic partner to our CEO. This is a newly created role with real room to grow. We're looking for a finance leader who knows the business behind the numbers. You'll turn financial data into clear, actionable insight and help the whole company move in the right direction. What You'll Do Strategic Finance & FP&A Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling Build and maintain integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support strategic and operational decisions Anticipate the financial questions behind business decisions in sales, operations, product innovation, and capital investment Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics Treasury, Cash & Risk Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and working capital Run forward-looking cash projections and monitor debt covenant compliance Establish internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices, including oversight of tax and insurance coverage Accounting Oversight & Reporting Oversee the accounting function and ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting under GAAP Strengthen month-end close processes and internal controls Coordinate external audits and tax compliance with outside CPA partners Manufacturing & Operational Finance Partner with operations on product costing, standard costing, inventory, gross margin, variance analysis, and capacity utilization Evaluate capital projects and new initiatives using ROI and feasibility analysis Support pricing strategy, new product launches, and profitability improvement initiatives Systems & Reporting Get the most out of NetSuite , improving reporting, dashboards, and data quality Support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives that feed sales and operations forecasting Leadership Lead and develop a team of 4, including the Director of Accounting Mentor team members and build a high-performing finance organization Communicate financial insight clearly to directors and leaders who don't have a finance background What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience 5+ years of leadership experience Manufacturing experience required; consumer products or closely related industry experience is a plus Strong FP&A, cost accounting, treasury, and internal controls background Experience at a mid-sized company (roughly $50M-$100M in revenue) preferred Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) Strong communicator who builds trust across departments and balances strategy with hands-on execution

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range :
