Controller | Plainville CT Join a growing manufacturing organization as a Controller , leading all accounting and financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership or Controller experience Manufacturing industry experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close Experience with audits, internal controls/SOX, and ERP systems Proven leadership and team development skills

Compensation:
