Rate:
$65•75/hr (without CPA) or $75•85/hr (with CPA)
Hours:
8am•4pm (40 hr week) Onsite•5 days a week while training; once up and running then Hybrid, In office 1-2 days
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a hands-on experienced Financial Controller to oversee and execute daily accounting operations while leading financial reporting, monthly closing, and process improvements within theanization. The Financial Controller will manage both tactical and operative accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, financial reporting, and process improvement/documentation. This position requires someone that can independently manage a broad scope, whilst leveraging the global accounting team (responsible for Americas), work with the Plant accounting team in PA and set requirements on various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned).
Accounting Operations:
Including Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, Cash forecasting, routine accounting transactions, providing ad-hoc financial support to theanization, Reconciliation of Cash Accounts, Process customer/vendor invoices and managing payment disbursements via check, ACH, or wire transfers.
Monthly Closing:
Including preparation of accruals, inventory and costing adjustments, depreciation, intepany reconciliations, and tax-related calculations. Identify and implement improvements to accounting and closing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibility for full accounting cycles and monthly closings. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, benefit/payroll Administration (payroll is about 35 across 2 sites but they may be getting someone else to handle including benefits) and advanced Excel skills required. Candidate must be able to work independently and demonstrate stronganizational, analytical, andmunication skills. CPA highly preferred.
Pay Details:
