certifications. Overview Aerobond Composites, LLC is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting. This role will partner closely with leadership and play a central role in maintaining strong financial discipline and supporting operational performance. Key Responsibilities Financial Statements, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, AR, AP, Collections, Disbursements, Payroll, Budgeting and Forecasting, Customer Financial Reporting, and Various Special Analyses Ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk Ensure timely, complete, and accurate monthly account reconciliations and financial activity Enhance financial performance and operational decision-making throughout the company Manage financial elements of the ERP System (Epicor 10) Serve as a point of contact with external auditors and tax advisors Lead, coach and develop the accounting team
Human Resources:
Employee onboarding/terminations, payroll management, benefits management, vacation, recruiting Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing / cost accounting experience required Strong ERP experience (systems, reporting, process improvement) Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills
