With a strong market presence and ambitious expansion plans, the company is seeking a seasoned Controller to strengthen its financial leadership and support continued growth.

Position OverviewThe Controller will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations. This role requires a professional who can operate both strategically and tactically—someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to high-level financial planning and decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closeEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAPDevelop, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and proceduresPartner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic guidanceManage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning processesOversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisorsEvaluate and optimize accounting systems and processes to support scalabilityMentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
