$170,000

•$210,000 + 20% annually Our client is currently seeking an experienced Controller to bring added expertise to their accounting team in a high growth environment.

Controller:

The Controller will lead all core accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, leases, and month-end close activities. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to US GAAP. Oversee external audit support, compliance activities, balance sheet integrity, and risk mitigation efforts across the accounting function. Partner with finance and business leaders on complex accounting matters, financial performance analysis, and corrective action planning. Play an integral role in acquisition readiness, due diligence, integration efforts, and post-close accounting activities. Qualifications for the

Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership of accounting operations and month-end close (in a manufacturing environment). Experience with leading teams and M&A. #LI-SP1 #INSEP2026
