  • $150,000 Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to join a growing, family-owned organization and play a critical leadership role within a $200M+ distribution group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes, improving operations, and partnering directly with executive leadership. As Controller, you will have significant visibility across the organization and a direct line of sight to executive owners. You will lead finance integration efforts, strengthen accounting processes, and help drive operational excellence during a pivotal period of growth and transformation following a recent merger. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on accounting leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, collaborating with teams across the business, and making a measurable impact.
