This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving process improvements, supporting ERP initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership to ensure the organization's financial success. Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, including direct supervision of accounting staff Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies throughout the finance function Lead and support ERP system implementations, upgrades, and transitions Ensure accurate reporting and compliance within an ITAR-regulated environment Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and other business units to support company objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience 4+ years of direct management experience Strong manufacturing industry experience required Public accounting experience preferred but not required Proven experience working with ERP systems and leading teams through ERP transitions or implementations Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be eligible to work within an ITAR-regulated environment: U.S. Citizen, or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), or Asylee/Refugee Pay Rate $145,000
