Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting. Manufacturing and cost-accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience with standard costing, inventory, BOMs, and manufacturing variance analysis preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems. Power BI, automation, or AI-tool experience is a plus. CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional designation is a plus but not required.
