$140k - $150k base, plus 10% bonus and full benefits packa ge Position Summ aryThe Controller is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting management with financial analysis and decision-maki ng.

Key Responsibilit iesManage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash manageme nt.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statemen ts.

Oversee month-end and year-end close process es.

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company polici es.

Coordinate annual audits and work with external accountants and tax adviso rs.

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectio ns.

Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficien cy.

Ensure timely filing of tax and regulatory requiremen ts.

Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fie ld.5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibiliti es.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporti ng.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Exc el.

CPA designation preferred but not requir ed.

Preferred Tra itsHands-on, detail-oriented, and proacti ve.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skil ls.

Ability to work independently in a small-company environme nt.

Excellent communication and organizational abiliti es.
