Job Description
Position Overview – Controller This role serves as the senior-most finance leader for the company. The Controller will oversee all accounting operations while also partnering with ownership on strategic financial matters including banking relationships, insurance, and debt financing. Controller:
Oversee and manage the full accounting function Lead and mentor the accounting team Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger integrity Oversee cash management and liquidity planning Partner with banks, insurance providers, and legal counsel Support debt financing activities and financial negotiations Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax matters and annual audits Ensure strong internal controls and financial discipline Support ownership with financial insight and operational analysis Qualifications of the Controller Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required Industry experience preferred in Manufacturing/Fabrication and/or Heavy Equipment, Truck or Auto Dealerships Proven experience leading full-cycle accounting in a hands-on environment Strong cash management and banking relationship experience Comfort interacting with ownership, lenders, attorneys, and insurance providers Tax familiarity (experience working with outside CPA firms preferred) #LI-GW1 #LI-Onsite #INMAR2026
