Required 50% in first 6 months; thereafter, expected 20% or less Job Summary The Multisite Controller role is responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting close monthly. Maintains relationships with Operations management on site performance and other financial areas. Responsible for preparation of various financial activities including data gathering, planning, and reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Investigate and prepare monthly analysis of the plants' financial results. Interact proactively with the Plant Managers to identify factors that would enhance the plant's profitability. Partner with cross-functional team on the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecast process and other initiatives. Evaluate and assist in the preparation of capital requests including ensuring correct classification of capital versus expense. Analyze spending versus plan and report out findings. Help develop and implement a robust cycle counting program. Report / analyze results of cycle counts prepared by operations personnel. Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify and implement cost accounting system design improvements, solutions to process constraints, and estimates for costs incurred over an asset's useful life. Maintain and update cost elements and cost models. Review earned versus actual costs for variances. Generate profitability analysis reporting for sales management. Coordinate with Corporate Controller to ensure month-end close is completed timely. Partner with Shared Services on issues with accounts payable, billing, payroll, or general ledger issues. Prepare financial analysis, plans, studies, and presentations as required for management. Serves as a liaison with internal and external auditors as well as managing various audit activities throughout the year. Ensure plant activities are compliant with company policies and US GAAP. Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with others to improve overall standards of performance and service through continuous improvement activities. All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements/Work Experience Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university in finance or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience. 5 to 7 years' experience in field of finance and accounting.
CPA / CGMA
certification preferred. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office•MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite.
