full-time Our client, A fast-growing, multi-entity/multi-location company is seeking a hands-on, strategic Corporate Controller to lead it's accounting operations. This is a pivotal role for an experienced financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building structure, driving efficiency, and supporting growth. Our client is offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits. This is an in office position located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting, and operational accounting Oversee a highly transactional accounting team Solid technical accounting experience Manage automation and process improvements Manage audits and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance CPA a plus Previous public accounting experience a plus 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time at a Controller or Assistant Controller level Experience in multi-location/entity environment Solid ERP experience. Implementation experience highly desired Strong Leadership skills with a hands-on, detail-driven approach
