full-time ICX Group is seeking a Controller for a well established company located in Jacksonville. This is a highly visible, hands-on position reporting directly to the Executive Leadership and working closely with senior management and operational leaders throughout the organization. The Controller will have overall responsibility for the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, internal controls, cash and working capital management, and the leadership of a small accounting team.

Job Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks Implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and perform analysis and reporting Ensure financial reporting is accurate in accordance with GAAP Review and offer process improvements on current accounting policies and practices Oversee monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and analyze GL Accounts Manage a staff of 2-3 Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting or other related field Current or previous manufacturing experience highly preferred Approximately 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful management responsibility. CPA preferred
