We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client Manager to join our AML and Client Onboarding team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - (4 days in office). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead and manage the AML and Client Onboarding team by demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management. Develop and implement robust AML/KYC policies and procedures by continuously assessing regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of clients by overseeing the due diligence process and verifying client information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks, thereby supporting BNY's strategic goals. Provide regular training and guidance to team members to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Monitor and report on AML/KYC compliance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred. 4-7 years of experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in AML/KYC regulations and compliance practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
