Assistant Controller:
Lead month-end and year-end close, consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management. Oversee property management accounting, including budgeting, reconciliations, financial analysis, banking activity, and client reporting. Manage development and construction accounting, including job costs, commitments, draw requests, lender packages, and budget-to-actual reporting. Maintain brokerage revenue schedules and oversee commission accounting, receivables, and closing reconciliations. Coordinate audits, tax filings, compliance requirements, and internal control enhancements. Provide senior leadership with accurate reporting and data-driven financial insights. Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5 years in commercial real estate.
