Assistant Property Controller Salary:

Assistant Property Controller:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements
- Review and abstract retail leases and maintain lease data in accounting systems
- Perform CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and retail billing calculations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Review tenant ledgers, rent schedules, and collections activity
- Assist with internal controls and financial compliance Qualifications for the
Assistant Property Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 1–2+ years of retail or shopping center property accounting or commercial property accounting experience
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and retail lease structures (NNN, percentage rent, etc.)
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or RealPage and strong Excel skills #LI-MP4 #
