Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Operates computer systems to schedule, route and track daily work by drivers and technicians. Ensures proper information is on work orders before drivers and technicians leave facility Familiarity & Knowledge relative to used cooking oil and grease trap services. Maintains communications with drivers and technicians. Reviews completed end-of-day work orders from drivers and technicians. Maintains a high level of knowledge about system equipment and products. Maintains updated familiarity with local/assigned market (i.e., location of streets, subdivisions, businesses) and provides accurate directions for technicians when needed. Maintains daily paperwork and timesheets. Tracks vehicle mileage and maintenance records. Calls customers to confirm appointments and notify them of any schedule changes. Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner via over the phone troubleshooting and service technician dispatching Works cooperatively with team to ensure overall efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience required 5+ years experience with dispatch practices and procedures 3+ years general management experience Computer Routing Software experience. Salesforce experience preferred. Experience with transportation, grease trap or used oil dispatch preferred Proficient with routing and mapping devices and the geography in the areas Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to service of customers, crew, co-workers and management Demonstrated dependability and leadership; ability to lead by example High integrity, work ethic, passion and commitment to Oilmatic values Ability to train, delegate, coach and oversee development of crewmembers Knowledge of / certification in/ adherence to safety and food sanitation Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts, including holidays
