Job Description

Seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager / Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of our real estate development business. This position combines office management, invoice processing, project tracking, and basic bookkeeping support. The individual enjoys keeping information organized, following through on outstanding items, and supporting multiple projects. Previous bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Invoice and Bookkeeping Support Receive, organize, and track invoices by project and vendor. Route invoices for approval and follow up on missing information. Assist with entering transactions, organizing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support expense tracking and basic account reconciliation with training and guidance. Help assemble invoices and supporting documentation for project funding requests. Project Coordination Maintain project spreadsheets, trackers, and supporting documentation. Follow up with team members and outside contacts to keep information moving and records complete. Maintain organized electronic files, records, and correspondence within Microsoft 365. Communicate professionally with vendors, contractors, and project partners.

Qualifications Experience in office administration, office management, project coordination, or a similar support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through with minimal reminders. Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed records. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Willingness to learn bookkeeping processes and new software.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
