Financial Controller

Gutter Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple business entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple sets of books simultaneously, and brings strong experience in multi-company accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. What You'll Do Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies Handle daily bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for each entity Oversee inter-company transactions and reconciliations Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax preparation Monitor and manage cash flow across multiple businesses Work with external accountants, CPAs, and auditors as needed Help improve and streamline accounting systems and processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably with multiple entities Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar software High-level Excel skills Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong communication skills

Preferred:

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
