Type:
full-time A rapidly growing, privately held home-services organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to build and lead the accounting infrastructure for its expanding multi-entity platform. The company has acquired four businesses within approximately nine months and is currently operating across three accounting systems, three payroll systems, and two operating platforms. The Controller will lead the effort to clean up, consolidate, and standardize these separate accounting environments while overseeing accounting operations across each location. Once the initial integration is complete, this individual will serve as Controller for the overall platform and own consolidated reporting, profitability analysis, cash flow, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and continued acquisition integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of hands-on Controller-level responsibility. Experience supporting a privately held or PE-backed business. Advanced QuickBooks expertise. Strong multi-entity, multi-location, or acquisition-integration experience. Experience in home services, construction, specialty contracting, field services, distribution, or industrial services is helpful but not required.
