Strong knowledge of finance and accounting with the ability to translate numbers into business strategy. Proven ability to oversee multiple functional areas, including operations, planning, and people leadership. Effective problem-solving skills with sound judgment in complex business situations. Strong relationship-building abilities with employees, customers, financial partners, and leadership teams. Experience leading teams through change while maintaining engagement and trust. Interest in taking on ownership-level responsibility and progressing into a top executive leadership role.
