On-Site What You Will Do:

Lead and optimize accounting operations, policies, procedures, and internal controls Manage outsourced accounting functions and develop a high-performing team through cross-functional training Oversee month-end close processes, account reconciliations, customer setup, and billing accuracy Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Develop and report key financial and operational metrics Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting processes Provide financial analysis, business insights, and performance recommendations, particularly for the Aftermarket business segment Partner with Operations to identify revenue, expense, and profitability improvement opportunities Coordinate audit support and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes and field operations What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred At least 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong ERP systems knowledge and experience Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
