Job Description

As Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full accounting function, including supervision of AP and AR, month-end close, and managing multiple P&Ls and balance sheets. You'll also serve as the point of contact for benefits providers and help drive process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting across multiple entities Manage month-end close and reconciliation processes Oversee AP and AR operations Coordinate with benefits and insurance providers Support a small, collaborative team Ensure timely, accurate financial documentation and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally supervisory responsibility Manufacturing background Standard cost accounting experience preferred
Salary:
$110,000 – $130,000 #
