Harmonize and align labor and machine hourly rate calculations.
Manage and report monthly capital expenditure spend.
Maintain cost center and work center data structures and settlement rules.
Conduct standard and ad hoc cost analysis during actual, rolling forecast, and planning periods.
Support the budget process by preparing and presenting COGS and other expenses.
Oversee inventory management, including cycle and physical countsCompile and report on obsolete inventory monthly.
Ensure accurate and timely closing procedures.
Support balance sheet reconciliations and audits.
Assist the leadership team in cost reductions and process improvements.
Drive actions related to Net Working Capital and respective KPIs.
Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing accounting.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control standards.
Lead process standardization and harmonization initiatives.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Strong
Good commercial awareness and understanding of business.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large complex data sets.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work well with diverse personalities.

QualificationsDesired Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Strong
SAP FICO
experience desired.Good commercial awareness and understanding of business.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
