This is a highly visible opportunity for an accounting leader who enjoys systems implementations, process improvement, and mentoring teams through change. Why This Role? Lead a high-impact ERP implementation and system integration initiative Direct exposure to the CFO, Controller, and Finance leadership Opportunity to influence accounting processes across U.S. and international operations Broad exposure to accounting, systems, reporting, and operational finance Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong executive support Key Responsibilities ERP & Systems Implementation Lead accounting's involvement in the transition from a legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and workflows Analyze, scrub, reconcile, and migrate financial data into the new ERP environment Assist with system testing, validation, and optimization Train end users and support adoption across business units Accounting & Financial Operations Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities Maintain strong accounting controls and ensure data integrity Provide guidance on accounting processes and best practices Assist with ongoing accounting projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger accounting Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis Experience with process improvement and systems integration Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience SAP, NetSuite, or other major ERP implementation experience CPA designation Manufacturing industry experience EB-1882885080
