The Controller will oversee accounting, controls, and consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity organization. This leader will also play a key role in acquisition due diligence and integration as the company continues to expand.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

Accounting and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and operating locations Monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Leadership, development, and expansion of the accounting team Company-wide accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards External audits and relationships with auditors and other financial partners Standardization of processes, controls, systems, and reporting across acquired businesses

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience is a plus Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidated reporting, internal controls, and financial reporting CPA is a plus
