Full-time Overview A global organisation is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis for its technology and software solutions portfolio. This senior finance leadership role will own FP&A processes, drive budgeting and forecasting activities, develop financial models, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, investment planning, and long-term business growth. The successful candidate will partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to establish data-driven financial practices, improve business performance visibility, and support a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Design and enhance FP&A frameworks, reporting structures, and financial models. Analyse revenue drivers, cost structures, business performance, and investment opportunities. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide actionable business insights. Deliver scenario analysis and financial recommendations to support strategic decisions. Partner with executives and cross-functional technology teams to evaluate business initiatives and investments. Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership teams. Support global growth initiatives through financial analysis and performance optimisation. Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. Requirements Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis. Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. Ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams. Experience supporting technology, software, product, or global business environments preferred.
