Controller:

• Oversee all accounting functions across a multi-location business unit
• Lead and build out shared services for AP/AR across the organization
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4, including Accounting Manager and transactional staff
• Handle month-end close, P&L analysis, vendor spend, aging, DSO, and cash flow reporting
• Drive process improvement and standardization across acquisitions

Experience:

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred

Leadership:

Prior management experience with team oversight and cross-functional collaboration
