Job Description
Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory costing, payroll coordination, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
- Manage inventory accounting, job profitability reporting, and sales reconciliations.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and analyze return on investment.
- Coach, develop, and lead the accounting team while maintaining strong internal controls.
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations.
- Manufacturing, inventory accounting, and job costing experience strongly preferred; CPA is a plus.
