Position Summary:
The Director of FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and decision support. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy, provide actionable insights, and ensure financial rigor across the organization. This position requires a forward-looking leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, build scalable processes, and lead a high-performing FP&A function in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the companys annual strategic planning process, long-range planning (LRP), and budgeting cyclesPartner with the Procurement and Distribution teams as the financial lead to drive visibility and efficiencies for the teams.

Partner with the CFO and VP FP&A to translate business strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomesProvide thought leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives, investments, and market opportunitiesOversee monthly and quarterly financial forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reportingDeliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and course correctionDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain)Support pricing strategy, margin optimization, and cost management initiativesBuild and enhance robust financial models to support scenario planning and risk assessmentLeverage data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the businessDrive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilitiesEnhance use of financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and business intelligence platformsEstablish scalable, efficient processes to support company growthFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementThe position responsibilities outlined above are not to be construed as all encompassing. Education, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadershipExperience in CPG, food manufacturing, or a related industry strongly preferredAbility to balance diving into details as needed and strategic planningProven ability to influence and partner with executive leadershipStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated success in leading and developing teamsExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and financial planning toolsStrategic thinker with strong business acumenResults-oriented with a bias for actionExceptional communication and storytelling skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive change

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your whole-life well-being. Employees are also provided a generous paid-time off program including company-paid holidays.
Compensation:
$130,000•$190,000 + Bonus. Compensation is based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and role scope, ensuring a fair and competitive salary aligned with market standards.
