full-time A 200 person professional services firm is searching for a Controller. In this role, you will partner directly with Firm leadership to drive strategy, modernize operations, and build a high-performing team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. This role will manage a team of ten and handle all accounting and finance work for the firm.
Executive Impact:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team influencing strategic decisions that drive the Firm's long-term success.
Lead Meaningful Transformation:
Take ownership of modernizing the finance and accounting function by implementing best practices, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Deliver actionable financial insights, forecasting, and profitability analysis that support growth initiatives, strategic investments, and informed decision-making.
