In this role, you will manage vital daily and weekly administrative workflows, maintain documentation standards, and ensure our systems align strictly with ISO programs and internal compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Daily & Weekly Operations :
Execute scheduled administrative tasks including retrieving production reports, managing layered audits, maintaining data boards, and updating rework/scrap reports.
Data & Inventory Management :
Keep internal networks, spreadsheet data, and digital graphs accurate; track inventory levels and process purchase orders using QuickBooks .
Audit & Corrective Actions :
Track yearly audit schedules, distribute audit materials, log completion dates, and manage the administrative documentation for corrective actions.
Document Control :
Update work instructions, system forms, specification manuals, and PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plan documentation in both digital and hard-copy formats.
Regulatory & Lab Support :
Monitor equipment calibration schedules, assist with laboratory/shop safety tasks, and prepare data packages for the Quality Review Board (QRB).
Requirements Skills :
Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and a high level of promptness.
Technical :
Proficient with computer network folder structures, Excel/data graphing, and QuickBooks (or similar purchasing software).
Work Style :
Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without constant supervision to meet tight deadlines.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
