JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a precision manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting and operational finance initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close process, managing budgeting and forecasting and strengthening financial controls while partnering with leadership to improve business performance. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience, expertise in cost accounting and GAAP and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on process improvement and financial analysis.
