Division Controller Construction client has a new permanent opportunity for a Division Controller due to promotion and growth. Company has projects nationally and is recognized as an industry leader in their sector. Division Controller will work with leadership, Project Managers, various departments, overseeing a team with Accounting and Finance responsibilities for assigned areas. Company offers great benefits, hybrid work flexibility, and a strong promotion track. Approximate Base Salary of $120,000 - $160,000 + Bonus, depending on experience Responsibilities of the
Division Controller:
Function as a strategic partner with senior leadership Manage and develop a team of Accountants Prepare and present financial reports to business leaders Forecasting, financial analysis, profit/margin analysis, job/project costing, fixed costs Monitor key metrics of financials - actual to budget, profit margin and cash management Improve processes related to reporting and analysis to support Leadership Strategic financial partner advising/supporting CFO, COO, and VP's Lead the monthly Divisional operations and overhead forecast process, financial statement prep and variance analysis Contribute to systems efficiencies and improvements Assist in annual business plan and forecasts for the Division Ideal Experience for the
Division Controller Role:
