Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead and shape the financial strategy for their manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in optimizing financial performance while managing a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP Manage and lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing trends and financial metrics Lead general ledger reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial data Assist in strategic business and disaster planning alongside executive leadership Monitor and report on key business trends including labor, materials, and expenses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, costs, and margins What You'll Need to be
Considered:
8+ years of experience Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop team members Deep experience in SOX and GAAP compliance within a manufacturing setting Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively review and interpret financial data Experience using ERP systems Experience in operational finance with strong attention to detail and deadlines Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a high-visibility role
