Construction Controller Location:
Columbus, IN Compensation:
$110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting and finance functions, including month-end close and financial reporting. Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, project budgeting, and profitability analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies. Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities. Coordinate audits and work with external CPAs and banking partners. Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience within the construction or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting. Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills. #
