This individual will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives. Controller:
Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Oversee monthly close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Review payroll postings and related accounting entries Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Reconcile transactions from multiple sales channels and e-commerce platforms Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury-related activities Analyze inventory and collaborate with purchasing and operations teams Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts Coordinate year-end reporting and work with external auditors and advisors Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies Qualifications for the
Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar accounting leadership role Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is a plus Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls Advanced Excel and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership teams
