Job Description
The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. The new Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) will report to the President, Sr. Maria Gemma Salyer, and will have responsibility over the areas of Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Marketing. The VPEM is responsible for advancing the university's efforts in implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies to achieve the university's strategic goals for the multi-degree level and multi-site programming envisioned within a balanced tuition-driven budget. The successful candidate will inspire the marketing team to develop creative, multifaceted marketing campaigns to an expanded geographical area; assist recruitment team members in employing new and adaptive tactics and practices for the changing landscape; and regularly adjust the pricing structure and financial aid model to meet changing student needs and university priorities. The VPEM will work closely with the President's Cabinet to ensure the university's Catholic identity is at the center of our educational mission and public identity through our daily operations and long-range planning. The new VPEM is expected to begin serving no later than December 1, 2026.
