Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Oversee monthly close, financial statements, and reporting accuracy
- Lead monthly WIP process and partner with project teams
- Manage and mentor a team of 5 across accounting and billing functions
- Oversee annual audit and ensure GAAP compliance
- Direct day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, job costing, etc.
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Construction accounting experience, including WIP
