Controller Indianapolis, IN $110,000 - $145,000 depending on experience Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will oversee the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and audit coordination while partnering with executive leadership to support business growth. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day accounting operations Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate external audits and tax filings Mentor and develop accounting staff Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent communication and organizational abilities #
