What You Will Do:
Overall financial cost structure Security and control of plant assets Financial statement and balance sheet integrity and accuracy Capital planning, SOX, internal controls Development and training of the Finance team, ensuring the Finance Team will have a comprehensive understanding of technical and leadership skills Responsible for Losses deployment
What You Will Learn:
How to lead and guide the financial performance of a manufacturing facility Development of future finance leaders Cross functional understanding of the business enterprise The overall financial cycle of manufacturing operation (i.e. perimeter cost) Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) tools and methods Material Logistics Management, SOX and Internal Controls exposure
Role Will Prepare You For:
Addressing challenges and resolving key strategic issues in a dynamic business environment Interaction with Senior Leadership from all STLA disciplines, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and others Senior Finance Leadership roles in Manufacturing Finance and other areas of the STLA Finance organization Coaching and developing team members at all levels of the STLA organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree Minimum 10 years of core finance or accounting experience Extensive understanding of technical manufacturing finance principles Business acumen (understands the operational segment of the business)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system Prior supervision experience Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
