FINANCE DIRECTOR

Target Compensation:
$120,000-$170,000 base salary + annual leadership bonus Key Responsibilities for the
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and day-to-day financial operations. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. Partner with executive leadership on tax, banking, cash management, legal compliance, tariffs, and ERP-driven process improvements. Serve as a key liaison with international stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and strategic alignment. Qualifications for the
FINANCE DIRECTOR
5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. Strong accounting, financial reporting, tax, compliance, and ERP expertise, including SAP or comparable systems. Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and communicating effectively with executive leadership.
