Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and the month-end close process. Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting. Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff. Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations. What We're Looking For Progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably at the Controller or Assistant Controller level. Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, and internal controls. Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced accounting professionals.
