Controller:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a 4-person accounting team.
- Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability analysis.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain internal controls, compliance, and accounting best practices.
- Support accounting system enhancements and the transition to QuickBooks Online.
Controller:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience required.
- Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and project-based accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus; high-potential candidates ready for management will be considered.
