Job Description

The VP has the autonomy to actively drive the growth and development of their Operating Company. To maximize market growth, it is essential for them to work closely with Shared Services and coordinate with other Operating Companies. By leveraging these resources and partnerships effectively, the VP can accelerate growth and unlock new opportunities in the market. Each Multi-Unit Operation (MUO) is led by a dedicated VP responsible for driving its financial performance and success. In addition to managing their OpCo, GMs collaborate with the National team on Storm and Large Loss initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and optimized outcomes across significant losses and events.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Regularly participate in job walks and quality control efforts to uphold the highest standards of quality. Drive Market Growth Expand our reach and influence to capture a >10% market share of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), setting ambitious goals to transform market presence. OPERATIONS
Exceed Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) Support the MUO in achieving and surpassing KPMs, driving results that align with our larger goals and build momentum. Execute with Accountability to Systems and SOPs Continuously refine systems and processes, share best practices, and drive improvements across all MUO's to raise the bar on efficiency and effectiveness. Embrace Continuous Improvement Identify what's working and areas for enhancement, gathering feedback to drive meaningful improvements in systems, processes, and best practices across the organization. Advance Toward the Fully Developed Model Pursue the vision of a fully developed MUO with a well-equipped team and significant market share, moving steadily toward this ultimate goal. FINANCE Financial Management Work with the Leadership Team and Shared Services to ensure budget, operating expenses, COGS and margins are in line with the budget and overall company goals. Manage Cash Flow performance and ensure positive cash balances. Control ROI and approve capital expenditures to ensure proper functioning of the Operating Companies. Optimize Financial Performance Work with the Leadership Team and Shared Services to align budgets, expenses, COGS, and margins with company objectives. Oversee cash flow and ensure positive cash balances, approving strategic investments that drive the company forward.
