Controller

Controller Responsibilities Oversee accounting, HR, and IT operations of the company, supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, and payroll processes Maintain accounting procedures, implement controls, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Oversee report production in line with accounting guidelines, collaborate with auditors, and provide required financial information Manage financial performance reviews, budgets, forecasts, and provide analysis on capital investments, pricing, and contracts Lead personnel in accounting, human resources, and IT departments, conducting performance evaluations and guiding team members Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum five (5) years of related accounting and leadership experience Must have experience with oversight not just within the Accounting department but IT and HR departments as well Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting standards Proven record of improving financial results System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
