As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. Under the Direction of the Chief Financial Officer, directs and supervises professional and support staff to include oversight of assigned divisions/departments, prioritizing work, ensuring proper training, conducting personnel evaluations, hiring/terminating recommendations, and managing the work performance of employees. Represents the Department at public meetings, conferences, in court, or other various committees. Prepares and/or directs the preparation of standard and special reports for assigned areas of work and/or projects. Under the direction of the CFO, effectively manage the division operations, budgets, and personnel providing leadership for the department. Evaluate programs/services for best practices and make recommendations for continual quality improvement. Research, review, and analyze information for data informed decisions. Prepares, administers, and monitors division budget, including approving expenditures; develops and interprets policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with all laws, rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or a related field; a minimum of six years of progressively responsible administrative experience, strongly preferred in the public sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the duties of the position.

Salary Range:
